个人履历 Self Introduction：

     我是来自英国Grantham的Will，我26岁。大学毕业之后我就来到了中国，已经在这里生活工作了4年多了。我的英文功底深厚（尤其是文学方向），英语培训师对我来说是很理想的一份工作。

      My name is Will, I’m 26 and from Grantham in the UK. I came to China as soon as I graduated from China and have lived and worked here for over four year now. I have a strong background in English (mainly literature orientated but also language) and have always been interested in teaching so this is an ideal job for me.

我的分享 Teaching experience sharing：

       培训师是一份令人满意、令人很享受的职业。我喜欢不同的班级，每周都有不同的挑战。每当看到孩子们从刚进班师的害羞内敛到从容自信地用英语表达自我的时候我总是满心欢喜。

     I find teaching a very rewarding and enjoyable career choice. I like the variety of classes I am able to teach and enjoy the fact that I face different challenges each week. I enjoy seeing kids develop from shy reserved newcomers to confident out going students with an excellent grasp of the language.
